About Wolfe Nursery Direct
We are a Wholesale Plant Nursery. We have a variety of trees, shrubs, and perennials!
Located at 6327 Silver Saddle Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76126, Wolfe Nursery Direct operates as a wholesale nursery serving Fort Worth in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Fort Worth, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Texas, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–4:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Wolfe Nursery Direct at (817) 560-4040; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is wolfenurserydirect.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.2 out of 5 on Google from 19 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for wholesale nurseries in Fort Worth. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Worth follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Wolfe Nursery Direct is the BEST Whole Nursery in the metroplex. They have tons of great inventory ranging from 4" flats to 200 gallon Trees. All of the employees are very polite, fast and efficient. They go above and beyond many of their competitors. If you can't find a certain plant, they will try their best to order it in for you as a special order.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We stopped in to Wolfe Nursery to buy some trees after visiting the week before, and at that time the lady at the front did not tell us we "needed to have an appointment". When we returned to pick out trees and make our purchase, we were met with a disgruntled "sales guy" who was reluctant to even show us trees and who told us several times, "we don't usually do this without an appointment". Keep in mind, there was not ONE customer on this property being helped, we were the only customers there. So... we got handed off to another bearded guy because it was obvious this guy didn't want to help. After spending over an hour/$1800 worth of trees with the bearded guy (who had to radio the front for every question asked to find out costs, availability, etc.. *nice guy was just trying to help, and he was very nice - but put in a bad situation), we returned to the office where we were ready to pay and load our trees. When entering the building, the lady at the front said to us, "some that we picked were already on tickets", meaning unavailable. "Unavailable"?...we asked. We just spent an hour picking out trees that are not for sale? And, yet again, were told by the
